After the free trial period, users will be charged on a monthly basis for our fitness app.
No refunds will be made if users forget to cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle.
Users are entitled to a full refund if the app has technical issues that prevent access during the majority of the free trial period.
Users are entitled to a partial refund if technical errors prevented the user from using the app for more than 7 days. Technical errors do not include specific or individual issues with the user's device.
Users who create multiple accounts (more than one) do not qualify for a refund.
All payments more than 1 month old from the date of the refund request are non-refundable.
