The winner for the challenge is ultimately picked by your trainer. However, a number of quantitative and qualitative measures go into this decision. This includes but is not limited to:
Your visual transformation (how much change we can see in your progress pics from before to after the challenge). You will not see progress in a day or a week. But if you’ve been consistently sticking to the challenge for the entire period, you certainly will see changes in the right direction, however small you may feel they are!
Your workout completion rate (calculated via our internal tools) this is both the number of workouts completed as well as how far through the workout you have got
Your participation in the community chats: this could be letting us know when you’ve completed your workouts, sharing your wins and struggles, supporting other members or answering questions that need help. Consistency in this matters too - you can’t just send a lot of messages only in the final week and expect to be better placed that someone who’s been posting/replying less frequently, but throughout the challenge
