How do I know if the recipes are suited to my meal plan?

It’s important to note that whilst the recipes provided are healthy mostly high protein, solid meals that you can have (and tasty too) - they are not part of a specific meal plan. They are there as an option for those not following a meal plan rigorously, or those that want to try something different, for a change. The recipes are great to have, but are individual recipes - so if you are following a specific meal plan, it’s your responsibility to ensure that they fit into your macros.

If you’d like to modify a recipe to fit to certain macros, you can simply request for it to be modified. Go to any recipe page, and add a prompt into the input bar at the bottom. Some examples of helpful prompts are

“Could you modify this recipe to be at least 650 calories total? I’m trying to gain weight, and I need it to be a bigger meal”

“Please increase the protein content of this recipe to include 30g of protein? Keep everything else the same, but increase the protein content.”

“Update this recipe so that it’s suitable for a vegan diet. Keep the macro content the same.”
