First, go to the nutrition tab > ‘my personalised meal plan’ and you should see the meal plan PDF in app.
Once you are here, there are two main ways to change your meal plan.
If you’d like to keep your configuration the same (i.e. you want to keep the calorie target and dietary preference, but just want a change) - go to Nutrition > tap on the preferences icon, and refresh. This will give you a new meal plan with the same configuration. If you’d like to change your configuration, then tap on ‘preferences’ and you can go through the flow to update your configuration.
