To find your trainer’s favourite recipes, go to the nutrition tab of the app, and look at the first list of recipes. You should see a carousel saying ‘Recipes by <Your Trainer>’. If you don’t see this, it means that your trainer has not added any of their specialist recipes yet - perhaps reach out to them and request some, if you’d like!
If your trainer has not added any recipes, don’t worry, we still have 100+ recipes for you across various different cuisines, all with ingredients, directions to prepare, time taken and macro breakdowns.
