Go to the ‘Today’ tab (with your calendar), and tap on the calendar icon in the top right hand corner. From here, you can modify your workout schedule by dragging and dropping individual workouts across days and updating your schedule for each week. You can also preview future weeks to modify individual workout dates for next week, or the week after, and so on. You can view your past weeks, but you will not be able to modify the days you completed workouts.
