My workout isn’t saving. What do I do?

If you reach the summary page of a workout and it hasn’t saved, it’s almost always just due to a flaky internet connection. Just wait a little while and try again - usually, it resolves itself. Sometimes, even when your device says that you’ve got a good connection, you may have just done a very extensive long workout - which usually takes a bit more time to save. No sweat, congratulate yourself for getting in a great session, wait/retry a couple more times and you’ll be good!
