If you've never sent a message before, go to the "Today" tab > select the 'Activation checklist' and you should see a checklist item to share your first message to community.
Alternatively, you can go to the community tab and you can just enter your first message in the text input at the bottom.
I'm nervous. I'm not sure what to post?
Firstly, don’t worry - this is completely natural. A lot of people are worried / anxious or just not sure what to send for their first post - but once they do, it’s always a great feeling! Here are a few ideas on what you can post
Your fitness goal: what your aims are in fitness and what you want to achieve out of this
Daily meals: any recipes that you like to have, healthy meals you want to share with the community
Wins: just done your first workout in a while? Or hit a PB? Or maybe just made it to the gym for the first time ever?
Share your wins, however small or big, with the whole community! This is a safe and supportive space, and we don’t tolerate any abuse towards community members or your trainer.
