How do I shift my whole plan back or forward?

Shift your schedule forward/back if you're taking a break

If you’re going on vacation, for instance, and you want to take a 10 day break from workouts - you may want to shift your whole program back by 10 days. To do this,

  • Go to Dashboard > Workout Plan Panel > Modify Schedule

  • Select ‘Shift Schedule’

Now you should be able to move your entire schedule back and forth by a number of days to best suit your needs.
