If you’re here for a challenge, but you’re not sure which one - first, identify yourself as a beginner, intermediate or advanced lifter, and then pick a the challenge that suits your equipment set (home or gym). This will help narrow down the attributes you’re looking for. If you still have multiple plans to pick from, make sure you pick a plan with as many workouts per week as you are willing to consistently commit to. If you’re a beginner / uncomfortable at the gym, start out with a home plan over anything else - the main thing is making sure there are no barriers to you getting in your workouts each week!
